Siri Ramadhan : Di Antara Tahyul, Kerohanian dan Ucapan Lebaran

Kedamaian Untuk Semua,

Tidak berapa lama dahulu, saya pernah menulis tentang niat saya untuk mengurangkan karangan mengenai isu-isu yang berkaitan dengan theologi agama.

Saya merasakan bahawa artikel-artikel yang saya telah tulis, sudah cukup untuk membongkar penyelewangan yang dilakukan organisasi agama melalui para pemainnya. 

Untuk itu, sudah sampai masanya untuk saya bergerak kepada sisi lain mengenai kehidupan terutamanya isu-isu yang berkaitan dengan spirituality atau kerohanian.

Sebenarnya subjek ini agak rumit untuk dibincangkan kerana ramai yang menyalahtafsir spirituality sebagai salah satu cabang supernatural, paranormal, tahyul dan mistikal.


Spirituality di dalam Bahasa Inggeris membawa maksud perkara atau peristiwa yang tidak boleh diterangkan oleh sains moden.

Ia bersifat metafizik iaitu sesuatu yang di luar alam biasa atau yang tidak kelihatan.

Metafizik di asaskan daripada dua perkataan greek iaitu "meta" (selepas) dan fizika (mengenai alam).

Saya secara peribadi berpendapat bahawa perkataan Bahasa Inggeris spirituality tidak dapat mentafsir perkataan kerohanian dengan tepat.

Masyarakat barat sungguhpun sudah berjaya secara am membuang kurungan yang dibuat oleh ahli agama mereka, namun, pemikiran dan kepercayaan kepada perkara tahyul masih belum dapat dibuang secara total.

Ini dapat diperhatikan melalui idea filem dan bahan bacaan mereka.





Walaupun begitu, mereka berjaya mengkategorikan perkara ini dengan satu definisi yang baru. 

Definisi baru ini berjaya membuat jurang garisan yang kukuh di dalam masyarakat mereka. Mereka menggelarnya sebagai science fiction atau ringkasnya sci-fi.

Dengan pemahaman ini, masyarakat mereka dapat membuat perbezaan di antara alam realiti dengan khayalan.

Senario Malaysia

Di tanah air kita, masyarakatnya masih belum dapat membezakan di antara alam khayalan dan realiti.

Ini bukan sahaja terjadi di alam Melayu, malah ia sama terjadi di dalam dunia Cina, India, Kadazan, Iban dan lain-lain.

Masing-masing ada kisah tahyul mereka sendiri. 

Untuk tujuan artikel ini saya mengambil contoh yang terjadi kepada bangsa saya. Bangsa Melayu. 

Masyarakat Melayu secara amnya masih mempercayai bomoh, pawang, jampi, dan serapah. Dunia ini dikenali sebagai alam mistik.

Ia menjadi semakin rumit apabila para agamawan yang mendapat tempat yang tinggi di dalam hairarki masyarakat ini mencampurkan adukkan pula alam ini dengan perkataan "ghaib" yang boleh di dapati di dalam scripture yang menjadi asas agama anutan mereka.

Maka ramai yang mendakwa alam mistik iaitu alam khayalan adalah sama dengan perkataan Bahasa Arab "ghaib".

Mereka berpendapat oleh kerana Al Quran ada menulis tentangnya maka mereka wajib mempercayai alam mistik.

Sedangkan ghaib yang dimaksudkan oleh Al Quran ialah Zat Asal itu adalah ghaib.  

Dia tidak kelihatan dengan mata kasar oleh sebab itu Dia berada di mana-mana sahaja wajah kita memandang. Zat Asal ini bersifat halimunan.

Ia adalah dua perkara yang berbeza.

Sejarah Alam Mistik

Sejarah alam mistik berkait rapat dengan sejarah TUKANG CERITA.

Nama Tukang Cerita berbeza-beza mengikut negeri dan daerah. 

Berikut adalah nama panggilan popular untuk sebuah pekerjaan yang dikenali sebagai Tukang Cerita

Negeri Kelatan – Tok Selampit bermain alat bunyian rebab
Kedah – Awang Batil.
Perak – Penglipura.
Selangor – Awang Belanga.
Minangkabau (Indonesia) – Tukan Kaba.
Brunei – Diandangan (alat bunyian – Dombak)
 
Panggilan yang paling popular di antara nama-nama ini ialah Penglipurlara.  

Alam mistik ialah alam khayalan yang di reka berdasarkan tradisi Penglipurlara.

Menurut sejarah Tanah Melayu, seorang Penglipurlara di zaman yang lampau berperanan sebagai pemberi hiburan kepada masyarakat dahulukala.

Penglipurlara akan pergi dari kampung ke kampung untuk bercerita secara oral kepada penduduk kampung. 

Ini adalah hiburan waktu malam orang zaman dahulu setelah di siangnya penat berkerja sebagai petani dan nelayan.  

Hiburan adalah satu industri yang lumayan. 

Oleh itu, tidak mustahil ramai orang Melayu dahulukala menceburkan diri di dalam bidang penglipurlara sebagai karier menyara keluarga. 

Seperti artis dan selebriti di zaman sekarang, saya percaya seorang penglipurlara juga berkemungkinan mempunyai glamournya yang tersendiri. Mereka boleh menjadi sangat terkenal.

Ini mengakibatkan persaingan yang sengit di antara mereka. 

Perebutan ini melibatkan audiens yang akan menentukan jumlah kutipan show mereka.

Mereka bersaing dari segi skil penyampaian, teknologi audia dan visual dan jalan cerita untuk menarik pendengar.

Maka dari cerita benar, ia mula menjadi suatu cereka (cerita rekaan) akhirnya ia menjadi suatu cerita tahyul yang bersifat di luar alam realiti. Maka terciptalah karakter pontianak, pocong, penanggal dan toyol.

Saya percaya cerita tahyul ini menjadi sangat hit di kalangan masyarakat Melayu dahulukala berdasarkan bukti jumlah kutipan filem-filem hantu dan tahyul di zaman moden ini.   
 





Jika ia boleh di jual sekarang, di zaman yang ada elektrik dan air, yang malamnya terang benderang seperti siang. 

Maka tiada sebab ia tidak boleh di jual di zaman dahulu, suatu zaman yang malamnya gelap dan seram dengan ketiadaan lampu jalan dan fasiliti asas yang lain. 

Pasti ia lebih kick mendengar cerita hantu di zaman itu. 

Perjalanan balik ke rumah berkemungkinan menjadi modal cerita selama sebulan sesama kawan-kawan.

Hang kuit aku, aku kuit kat hang,

Hang gelak kat aku, aku gelak kat hang,

Hang jeling kat aku, aku jeling kat hang,

Hang kejip mata, aku kenyut misai,

Hei beginilah mula ceritanya……

Di antara cerita yang popular ialah Raja Dewa Lok, Raja Bersiung, Raja Berdarah Putih, Anak Lang Pak Belang, Cerita Angan-angan, Jabat Jabit, Abu Nawas dan Awang Ada Duit Semua Jadi.

Inilah masyarakat kita di zaman dahulu. 

Oleh kerana Melayu sifatnya sentimental maka kita merasa berat untuk membuang kesemua kenang-kenangan ini. 

Kita gagal mengambil keputusan yang kritikal iaitu samada membuang secara total sistem kepercayaan penuh tahyul ini atau membawanya bersama-sama kita ke abad 21.

Saya merasakan kita mengambil keputusan yang kedua, iaitu membawanya ke abad 21. 

Untuk itu, kita melindunginya dengan mengguna segala cara termasuk agama, sungguhpun pesaing-pesaing kita (bangsa lain) sudah membuktikan bahawa kepercayaan ini adalah tidak benar.

Definisi Kerohanian

Kerohanian berasal dari perkataan roh.

Ia merujuk kepada  perasaan dalaman manusia yang melibatkan emosi kendiri dalam penaakulan (proses membuat pertimbangan logik) strategik.

Kesucian rohani sangat ditekankan di dalam Al Quran. 

Oleh sebab itu, keterangan mengenai pentingnya menghargai masa, menghormati orang tua, membuat kebajikan, menepati janji, menjaga integriti di dalam keadaan susah dan senang sentiasa ditekankan.

Kemuncak kepada kesucian rohani ialah satu tahap yang dikenali sebagai KEDAMAIAN atau ISLAM di dalam Bahasa Arab Al Quran.

Kesucian rohani membawa maksud keadaan mental yang logik dan mementingkan kebaikan manusia sejagat dan baharulah kebaikan individu itu sendiri. 

Rohani setiap individu merupakan penentu moral sosial masyarakat itu. 

Ia juga adalah penanda aras kesempurnaan tamadun dan budaya masyarakat tersebut.


Ia adalah conscience kita. Iaitu perasaan betul dan salah dari segi moral yang menjadi panduan tatacara hidup kita secara individu.

Rohani yang kacau adalah petunjuk kepada emosi yang negatif dari segi psikologi. 

Kebiasaanya individu yang begini sukar mencapai kejayaan dari segi material dan mental.

Mereka yang jiwanya kacau akan menjadi duri dalam daging dan mengakibatkan masyarakatnya dicemuh. 

Ini adalah kerana mahu tidak mahu kita perlu akui bahawa dunia melihat sesuatu itu melalui pengkelasan yang tersendiri seperti negara, agama dan bangsa.

Perbuatan segelintir individu seolah-olah ia mewakili kumpulan negara, agama dan bangsa mereka di kaca mata orang lain.

Itulah sebenarnya yang saya maksudkan dengan menulis mengenai spirituality atau kerohanian.  


Akhir sekali, saya ingin mengucapkan SELAMAT HARI RAYA kepada para pembaca yang meraikannya dengan pesanan sambutlah ia dengan cara kita. Samada anda Melayu, Cina atau India, sambutlah dengan cara anda.

Mungkin sudah terlambat untuk kita menukar atau mencipta festival kita dengan tarikh kita sendiri namun kita masih boleh menyambutnya dengan cara kita.

Ada seorang pembaca bertanya kepada saya mengenai sambutan eid-ul-fitri, samada ianya benar atau rekaan.

Jawapan saya : Kalendar Hijri di cipta berbelas tahun selepas Nabi Terakhir wafat. Oleh kerana itu, adakah anda rasa Nabi ini pernah melalui suatu bulan yang di namakan Ramadhan atau Syawal di sepanjang hidup baginda ?

Namun, janganlah melihat dunia ini dengan pandangan kebencian. 

Raikanlah detik ini. Pohonlah maaf sesama kita. Ini adalah penanda aras rohani yang luhur.

Berseronoklah atau sekurang-kurangnya buat orang yang rapat dengan kita menjadi seronok kerana inilah KEDAMAIAN.

Bab 13 Nama "MUHAMMAD" Tidak Tersebut Dalam Al Quran

 
Tahukah anda bahawa kata nama khas (ismi ma'rifah) ‘muhammad’ tidak tersebut dalam Al Quran? Ini bermaksud Al Quran tidak mengenali atau mengiktiraf ismi ma'rifah ‘muhammad’ sebagai nama nabi.  Kenyataan ini akan mengejutkan ramai orang Islam dan juga bukan Islam tetapi pada hakikatnya ini adalah satu fakta yang paling mudah dibuktikan dengan merujuk kepada Al Quran.

Bahasa Arab menggunakan kata nama khas atau ismi ma'rifah (proper noun) dan kata nama biasa atau nakirah (simple noun).  Ismi ma'rifah digunakan untuk nama khas seperti nama orang, nama-nama Allah dan sebagainya.  Nakirah pula digunakan untuk nama biasa seperti kucing, beg tangan dan sebagainya.

Mengikut nahu bahasa Arab semua ismi ma'rifah (kata nama khas) mesti mempunyai imbuhan awal 'al'. Contohnya  'al-Quran', 'al-Rahim', 'al-Rahman' dan 'al-Azeez'.

Maka sebutannya dalam al-Quran mestilah 'al-Muhammad'. Tetapi ismi ma'rifah atau kata nama khas 'al-Muhammad' langsung tidak tersebut dalam al-Quran.

Apa yang tersebut dan ditulis dalam lima ayat al-Quran adalah kalimah “muhammadoon”, “muhammadeen” and “ahmadoo”.   Ketiga-tiga kalimah ini bukan ismi ma'rifah atau pun nakirah tetapi sebaliknya adalah kata sifat (adjective).

“Muhammadoon” dan “muhammadeen” adalah kata sifat yang merujuk kepada "yang dipuji". Kalimah ‘ahmadoo’ pula adalah kata sifat yang merujuk "yang akan dipuji".

Kita akan mengkaji ke-semua daripada lima ayat Al-Quran yang berkaitan untuk melihat bagaimana kata-kata sifat "muhammadoon", "muhammadeen" dan "ahmadoo"  (yang dipuji, yang akan dipuji)  mencerahkan dengan tepat sekali akan konteks dan maksud sebenar kelima ayat itu.

Kaum ulamak telah memutarbelitkan dan salah tafsirkan empat ayat Al-Quran yang berikut ia itu 3:144, 33:40, 48:29 dan 47:2 dan menukar kata-kata sifat “muhammadoon” dan "muhammadeen” menjadi ismi ma'rifah ‘al-muhammad’.   Ini adalah perbuatan menipu.

Ayat al-Quran yang kelima yang diputarbelitkan oleh kaum ulamak adalah 61:6 di mana kata sifat (adjective)  ‘ahmadoo’ ditukar menjadi kata nama khas atau ismi ma'rifah ‘al-ahmad’.  Ini juga adalah perbuatan menipu.   Kemudian mereka memutarbelitkan sekali lagi tafsiran ayat ini dan berkata bahawa ‘al-ahmad’ yang mereka telah menciptakan itu merujuk kepada Nabi Muhammad.

Dengan cara ini mereka telah menciptakan ismi ma'rifah ‘al-ahmad’ dan ‘al-muhammad’ yang tidak pernah tersebut dalam al-Quran.  Para ulamak berkata kata sifat muhammadoon, muhammadeen and ahmadoo semua merujuk kepada nama khas atau ismi ma'rifah Nabi Muhammad. Ini adalah penipuan oleh kaum ulamak.

Al-Quran hanya menyebut “muhammadoon” (dua kali), “muhammadeen” (dua kali) dan “ahmadoo” (sekali) yang kesemuanya adalah kata sifat.

Ketika saya mengkaji ayat al-Quran dalam bahasa Arab original saya  melihat  kekeliruan dan kesilapan jelas dalam tafsiran tradisional para ulamak mengenai ayat yang berikut :

33:40 Ma kaana muhammadoon abaa’a ahadin min rijaali-kum walaa-kin rasoolul-laahi wa khaa-tama al nabiy-yeena wa kaana-llaahu bi kulli shay-in aleeman

Yang berikut adalah terjemahan tradisional para ulamak :

33:40 Bukanlah Nabi Muhammad itu menjadi bapa yang sebenar bagi seseorang dari orang lelaki kamu, tetapi ia adalah Rasul Allah dan kesudahan segala Nabi-nabi. Dan Allah adalah Maha Mengetahui akan tiap-tiap sesuatu.

Yang berikut adalah terjemahan tradisional bahasa Inggeris oleh Abdullah Yusuf Ali:

33:40 Muhammad is not the father of any of your men (sons), but (he is) the Messenger of Allah, and the Seal of the Prophets: and Allah has full knowledge of all things.

Soalan yang timbul ialah kenapa Allah tidak membenarkan seorang nabiNya menjadi bapa kepada anak lelaki tetapi hanya membenarkan nabiNya mempunyai anak perempuan? Kenapa pula seorang Nabi tidak dibenarkan kegembiraan mempunyai anak-anak lelaki?

Tafsiran yang salah ini juga menyalahi biologi dan fitrah semulajadi kaum lelaki sebab ianya mustahil bagi seorang lelaki boleh menjadi bapa kepada anak perempuan tetapi tidak boleh menzuriatkan anak lelaki. Seorang lelaki boleh menzuriatkan anak (samada lelaki atau perempuan) atau jika dia mandul lelaki itu tidak boleh menzuriatkan kedua-dua anak lelaki atau anak perempuan.

Tidak pernah berlaku sekali pun dalam sejarah atau mengikut catatan sains perubatan di mana wujud seorang lelaki yang boleh menzuriatkan anak perempuan tetapi tidak berupaya menjadi bapa kepada kelahiran anak lelaki.

Kajian saintis Islam yang tersohor seperti Dr Maurice Bucaille membuktikan bahawa ayat al-Quran mencerminkan banyak fakta saintifik yang boleh dan telah pun disahkan oleh para saintis moden.  Tambah lagi tidak ada sebarang ayat dalam al-Quran yang melanggar fakta sains.

Maka ianya amat mustahil jika terdapat ayat al-Quran yang boleh bermaksud kononnya seorang lelaki boleh menjadi bapa kepada anak perempuan tetapi tidak boleh menzuriatkan anak lelaki. Perkara ini mustahil dari sudut sains dan juga daripada sudut sejarah manusia, termasuk sejarah para rasul dan nabi yang terdahulu.

13:38  Dan demi sesungguhnya! Kami telah mengutus Rasul-rasul sebelummu, dan Kami jadikan untuk mereka isteri-isteri dan zuriat keturunan. .

Semua rasul yang terdahulu berkeupayaan untuk beristeri dan melahirkan zuriat keturunan.  Tidak ada sebarang sebab kenapa seorang rasul dikecualikan daripada  ayat ini.

Tetapi para ulamak menyanggah tafsiran mereka sendiri. Mereka berkata bahawa Nabi pernah melahirkan lima orang anak lelaki – Ibrahim, Kassim, Tahir, Tayyab and Abdullah – yang semuanya telah meninggal sewaktu kecil. (Para ulamak juga bercanggah akan bilangan sebenar dan panggilan nama anak-anak lelaki itu).  Para ulamak berpendapat  sebilangan anak lelaki Nabi dilahirkan sebelum  turunnya al-Quran manakala Ibrahim telah dilahirkan selepas al-Quran diwahyukan.

Kenyataan para ulamak seperti ini jelas menyanggah tafsiran silap mereka sendiri yang mengatakan Nabi tidak boleh menzuriatkan anak lelaki. Mengikut tulisan mereka sendiri Nabi pernah melahirkan lima anak lelaki - Ibrahim, Kassim, Tahir, Tayyab dan Abdullah.

Maka al-Quran tidak pernah dan tidak boleh mengatakan bahawa Nabi tidak boleh menzuriatkan anak lelaki terutama sekali kerana anak lelaki Nabi yang bongsu yang bernama Ibrahim  telah dilahirkan selepas al-Quran diturunkan (ikut cerita ulamak sahaja).

Allah swt senantiasa mengetahui Dia akan mewahyukan ayat 33:40 itu kepada NabiNya. Apakah Allah swt sanggup "mewafatkan" kesemua daripada lima orang anak lelaki Nabi hanya untuk menegakkan ajaran bahawa seorang daripada NabiNya tidak boleh menjadi bapa kepada anak lelaki?  Selain daripada memberi gambaran bahawa Allah swt adalah sangat zalim ia juga tidak boleh diterima akal dan lojik.

13:38  Dan demi sesungguhnya! Kami telah mengutus Rasul-rasul sebelummu, dan Kami jadikan untuk mereka isteri-isteri dan zuriat keturunan. .

"Kami jadikan untuk mereka isteri-isteri dan zuriat keturunan. . "  Semua rasul yang terdahulu berkeupayaan untuk beristeri dan melahirkan zuriat keturunan.  Tidak ada sebarang sebab kenapa seorang rasul sahaja dikecualikan daripada  ayat ini.

Kemudian saya juga melihat bahawa dalam ayat 33:40 itu, tidak tersebut pun ismi ma'rifah atau kata nama khas ‘al-muhammad’.   Yang tersebut adalah kata sifat ‘muhammadoon’ yang maksudnya ‘yang dipuji’. Barulah maksud sebenar ayat 33:40 menjadi sangat jelas.

33:40 Ma kaana muhammadoon abaa’a ahadin min rijaali-kum walaa-kin rasoolul-laahi wa khaa-tama al nabiy-yeena wa kaana-llaahu bi kulli shay-in aleeman

33:40 Bukanlah ia (perkara) yang dipuji (maa kaana muhammadoon) jika menjadi bapa kepada anak lelaki dari kalangan kamu, tetapi adalah baginya (kepujian) menjadi Rasul Allah dan kesudahan segala Nabi-nabi. Dan Allah adalah Maha Mengetahui akan tiap-tiap sesuatu.

Bahasa Inggeris :

33:40 It is not praiseworthy  (maa kaana muhammadoon) to be the father of sons from among you, but it is so to be the Messenger of Allah, and to be the last of the Prophets: and Allah has full knowledge of all things.

Jelas sekali ayat ini ditujukan kepada budaya kolot yang mengutamakan anak lelaki lebih daripada anak perempuan. Bukan saja orang Arab tetapi ramai lagi daripada kaum manusia  yang melebihkan anak lelaki daripada anak perempuan. Ayat ini membetulkan tanggapan salah itu. Melahirkan anak lelaki bukanlah satu perkara yang boleh dipuji, lebih daripada melahirkan anak perempuan. Maka maksud ayat ini menyokong penuh ayat lain dalam al-Quran yang mengharamkan perbuatan zalim menanam bayi perempuan yang masih hidup. Yang berikut adalah ayatnya :

81 : 8 - 9  Dan apabila anak perempuan yang ditanam hidup-hidup ditanya - Dengan dosa apakah ia dibunuh?

Bahasa Inggeris :

81:8 – 9  “And when the female (infant) buried alive shall be questioned. For what sin she was killed?”

Maka ianya bukanlah satu kepujian (maa kaana muhammadoon) jika seseorang itu melahirkan anak lelaki berbanding dengan anak perempuan.  Apabila maksud ayat ini menjadi begitu jelas maka maksud tiga lagi ayat al-Quran yang menyebut  “muhammadoon” dan “muhammadeen” juga menjadi lagi jelas.  Contohnya 3:144.

3:144 : Wamaa muhammadoon illa rasoolun qad-khaa-lat min qablihi al rasoolu afa-in maata au qutila in qalab-tum ala aqaa-bikum waman yanqaliba la aqi-bayhi falan yadurra-llaaha shay-an wasayaj-zee Allahu al shakireena.

Yang berikut adalah teremahan salah oleh para ulamak :

3:144  Dan Muhammad itu tidak lain hanyalah seorang Rasul yang sudahpun didahului oleh beberapa orang Rasul. Jika demikian, kalau ia pula mati atau terbunuh, kamu berpaling? Dan sesiapa yang berpaling maka ia tidak akan mendatangkan mudarat kepada Allah sedikitpun; dan Allah akan memberi balasan pahala kepada orang-orang yang bersyukur.

Yang berikut adalah terjemahan tradisional dalam bahasa Inggeris oleh A Yusuf Ali:

3:144 Muhammad is no more than a messenger: Many were the messengers that passed away before him. If he died or were slain, will ye then turn back on your heels? If any did turn back on his heels, not the least harm will he do to Allah; but Allah (on the other hand) will swiftly reward those who (serve Him) with gratitude.

Yang berikut adalah terjemahan yang lebih tepat :

3:144 Dan tiada yang dipuji kecuali (menjadi) rasul (Wamaa muhammadoon illa rasoolun). Ramai lagi rasul yang telah mendahuluinya. Kalau ia pula mati atau terbunuh, apakah kamu berpaling? Dan sesiapa yang berpaling maka ia tidak akan mendatangkan mudarat kepada Allah sedikitpun; dan Allah akan membalas orang-orang yang bersyukur.

Dalam bahasa Inggeris :

3:144 There is no (greater) praiseworthiness than to be a messenger: Many were the messengers that passed away before him. If he died or were slain, will ye then turn back on your heels? If any did turn back on his heels, not the least harm will he do to Allah; and Allah will swiftly reward those who (serve Him) with gratitude.

Dan yang berikut pula 48:29 :  Muhammadun rasoolul-laahi wallatheena ma’ahu ashid-doo alal kuffari ruhama’au baynahum tarahumru ka’an sujjadan yabtaghoona fadlan minal-laahi wa ridwaanan seemahum fee wujoohi him min athaari as sujoodi thaalika mathaa-luhum fee al tawraati wa mathaa-luhum fee al-injeeli kazar’in aakhraja shat’ahu fa’azarahu fa istaghlazhaa  fastawaa ala sooqihi yu’ajibu al zurra’a liyagheeza bihim al kuffaara wa’dallaahu allatheena amanoo wa’ amiloos saalihaati minhum maghfiratan waajran atheeman

Terjemahan ulamak :

48:29 Nabi Muhammad (s.a.w) ialah Rasul Allah; dan orang-orang yang bersama dengannya bersikap keras dan tegas terhadap orang-orang kafir dan sebaiknya bersikap kasih sayang serta belas kasihan kasihan sesama sendiri. Engkau melihat mereka tetap beribadat rukuk dan sujud, dengan mengharapkan limpah kurnia dari Tuhan mereka serta mengharapkan keredaanNya. Tanda yang menunjukkan mereka terdapat muka mereka - dari kesan sujud. Demikianlah sifat mereka yang tersebut di dalam Kitab Taurat; dan sifat mereka di dalam Kitab Injil pula ialah: sebagai pokok tanaman yang mengeluarkan anak dan tunasnya, lalu anak dan tunasnya itu menyuburkannya, sehingga ia menjadi kuat, lalu ia tegap berdiri di atas batangnya dengan keadaan yang mengkagumkan orang-orang yang menanamnya. Kerana Ia hendak menjadikan orang-orang kafir merana dengan perasaan marah dan hasad dengki - dengan kembang biaknya umat Islam itu. Allah telah menjanjikan orang-orang yang beriman dan beramal soleh dari mereka, keampunan dan pahala yang besar.

Yang berikut terjemahan bahasa Inggeris oleh A. Yusuf Ali  

48:29 Muhammad is the messenger of Allah; and those who are with him are strong against Unbelievers, (but) compassionate amongst each other. Thou wilt see them bow and prostrate themselves (in prayer), seeking Grace from Allah and (His) Good Pleasure. On their faces are their marks, (being) the traces of their prostration. This is their similitude in the Taurat; and their similitude in the Gospel is: like a seed which sends forth its blade, then makes it strong; it then becomes thick, and it stands on its own stem, (filling) the sowers with wonder and delight. As a result, it fills the Unbelievers with rage at them. Allah has promised those among them who believe and do righteous deeds forgiveness, and a great Reward.

Melihat kepada perenggan awal sahaja ayat ini adalah seperti berikut :

48:29 Menjadi seorang rasul Allah adalah (cukup) dipuji  (muhammadun rasoolul-laahi)  dan orang-orang yang bersama dengannya bersikap tegas terhadap orang-orang kafir dan bersikap kasih sayang sesama sendiri.

Dalam bahasa Inggeris :

48:29  “It is praiseworthy indeed to be the messenger of Allah and those who are with him are strong against Unbelievers,  compassionate amongst each other..”

Maksud 48:29 adalah selari dengan ayat 3:144 tadi.   Dan yang terakhir sekali adalah ayat 47:2 yang juga menyebut ‘muhammadeen’

47:2 Wal-latheena amanoo wa’ aamilus saalihaati wa’aamanoo bimaa nuzzila ala muhammadeen wahuwal haqqu min rabbihim kaffara anhum sayyi-aatihim wa’aslaha baalahum

Yang berikut adalah terjemahan tradisional yang tidak betul:

47:2  Dan orang-orang yang beriman dan mengerjakan amal yang soleh serta beriman kepada Al-Quran yang diturunkan kepada Nabi Muhammad (s.a.w) - yang ialah kebenaran dari Tuhan mereka, - Allah mengampunkan dosa-dosa mereka, dan menjayakan keadaan mereka.

Terjemahan bahasa Inggeris pula oleh A Yusuf Ali :

47:2  But those who believe and work deeds of righteousness, and believe in the (Revelation)  sent down to Muhammad - for it is the Truth from their Lord - He will remove from them their ills and improve their condition.

Terjemahan yang lebih tepat adalah seperti berikut :

47:2 Dan orang-orang yang beriman dan mengerjakan amal soleh serta beriman dengan apa yang telah diturunkan  (wa aamanoo bimaa nuzzila) yang dipuji (muhammadeen) - ialah kebenaran dari Pemelihara mereka - Allah mengampunkan dosa-dosa mereka, dan menjayakan keadaan mereka.

Dalam bahasa Inggeris :

47:2  “And those who believe and work righteousness and believe in what was sent down in/upon praiseworthiness – and it is the truth from their Lord – He will remove from them their ills and improve their condition.”

Jadi tidak terjumpa kata nama khas atau ismi ma'rifah "al-muhammad" di mana pun dalam al_Quran. Yang tercatiti adalah kata sifat (adjective) 'muhammadoon' dan 'muhammadeen' yang maksudnya berkaitan dengan "pujian".

Akhir sekali kita perlu mengkaji kata sifat (adjective) “ahmadoo” yang tersebut di ayat 61:6 yang sekali lagi telah diputar belitkan oleh ulamak menjadi kata nama khas atau ismi ma'rifah ‘al-Ahmad’. Dan 'al-Ahmad' ini pula kemudian dijadikan 'al-Muhammad'.  Inilah putar belit ulamak untuk mencipta nama 'al-Muhammad' yang tidak ada dalam al-Quran.

61:6  Wa-ith qaala eesa ibnu maryama ya baneeisra-eela innee rasoolul-laahi ilaykum musaddiqan lima bayna yadayya minal tawraati wa mubashiran bi rasoolin ya’tee min ba’dee ismuhu ahmadoo falam-maa jaa’ahum bil bayyinaati qaloo haatha sihrun mubeenun

Yang berikut adalah terjemahan ulamak tradisional :

61:6 Dan ketika Isa ibni Maryam berkata: "Wahai Bani Israil, sesungguhnya aku ini Pesuruh Allah kepada kamu, mengesahkan kebenaran Kitab yang diturunkan sebelumku, iaitu Taurat, dan memberikan berita gembira dengan kedatangan seorang Rasul yang akan datang kemudian daripadaku - bernama: Ahmad". Maka ketika ia datang kepada mereka membawa keterangan-keterangan yang jelas nyata, mereka berkata: "Ini ialah sihir yang jelas nyata!"

Yang berikut terjemahan bahasa Ingeris oleh Abdullah Yusuf Ali : 

61:6  And remember, Jesus, the son of Mary, said: "O Children of Israel! I am the messenger of Allah (sent) to you, confirming the Law (which came) before me, and giving Glad Tidings of a Messenger to come after me, whose name shall be Ahmad." But when he came to them with Clear Signs, they said, "this is evident sorcery!

Untuk perbandingan, di sini juga diturunkan terjemahan bahasa Inggeris ayat ini oleh Muhammad Marmaduke Pickthall :

Muhammad Marmaduke Pickthall : 61:6 And when Jesus son of Mary said: O Children of Israel! Lo! I am the messenger of Allah unto you, confirming that which was (revealed) before me in the Torah, and bringing good tidings of a messenger who cometh after me, WHOSE  NAME  IS  THE  PRAISED ONE. Yet when he hath come unto them with clear proofs, they say: This is mere magic.

Sila lihat bahawa Mohamed Pickthall tidak menggunakan ismi ma'rifah atau kata nama khas “AL-AHMAD” yang tidak wujud dan salah. Terjemahan yang betul adalah sebagai kata sifat (adjective) ‘ahmadu’ yang bermaksud 'yang dipuji" atau ‘praised one'.

Terjemahan 61:6 yang lebih tepat adalah :

61:6 Dan ketika Isa ibni Maryam berkata: "Wahai Bani Israil, sesungguhnya aku ini Pesuruh Allah kepada kamu, mengesahkan kebenaran Kitab yang diturunkan sebelumku, iaitu Taurat, dan memberikan berita gembira dengan kedatangan seorang Rasul yang akan datang kemudian daripadaku - namanya akan dipuji (ismuhu ahmadoo). Maka ketika ia datang kepada mereka membawa keterangan-keterangan yang jelas nyata, mereka berkata: "Ini ialah sihir yang jelas nyata!"

Kesimpulannya ismi ma'rifah atau kata nama khas ‘al-muhammad’ dan ‘al-ahmad’  tidak tersebut dalam al-Quran.

Pada 2009 Professor Muhammad Svend Kalisch, seorang Islam berbangsa German yang juga Professor of Islamic Studies di University of Munster di Germany telah membuat satu kajian yang telah mengejutkan dunia Islam. Professor Kalisch menyatakan bahawa tidak ada sebarang bukti sejarah (historical evidence) untuk membuktikan kewujudan seorang nabi bernama “Muhammad”.  Yang berikut adalah sedikit extract daripada kajian Professor Muhammad Kalisch.

Sebelum ini saya yakin bahawa kewujudan Muhammad adalah fakta sejarah. Walaupun saya senantiasa faham bahawa segala cerita yang cuba memperincikan kisah Muhammad itu tidak boleh dipercayai sepenuhnya saya masih yakin bahawa pada asasnya riwayat Muhammad itu adalah benar mengikut kehendak kajian sejarah.   Tetapi sekarang saya tidak percaya lagi dengan pandangan itu dan tidak lama nanti saya akan menerbitkan sebuah buku di mana saya akan menghuraikan perkara ini dengan mendalam.

Nukilan ini hanya satu ringkasan hujah-hujah utama daripada kajian saya itu.  Kajian ini juga akan menyentuh kesan "kaedah kritikal" untuk mengkaji sejarah  (historical criticism) terhadap sejarah dan teori Islam dan bagaimana saya menangani hasil kajian saya sendiri sebagai seorang ahli teologi (ulamak).

Berkenaan ketidak-wujudan Muhammad dalam sejarah, pandangan saya terbentuk daripada hasil kajian saya yang terkini. Pandangan saya ini memberi kejutan kepada ramai orang kerana ia adalah hasil kajian seorang Islam.

Ramai ahli sains sejarah di Barat tidak setuju hipotesis saya atas dasar 'menghormati agama Islam' ataupun mereka takuti reaksi sahabat-sahabat Islam mereka ataupun mereka merasa kajian saya ini jahil dan membuang masa.  Sebenarnya "menghormati agama Islam" adalah bahasa sopan yang bermaksudkan yang sebaliknya.

Sesiapa yang berfikir bahawa orang Islam tidak berupaya untuk menerima fakta dan hujah yang benar, maka sebenarnya mereka meletakkan orang Islam pada tahap kanak-kanak yang tidak boleh memikir atau membuat keputusan yang matang.  Bagi mereka kepercayaan orang Islam adalah jenis kepercayaan "Santa Claus dan Superman" dan lebih baik isu Islam tidak disentuh atau diusik.

Sepatutnya setiap pengkaji perlu meluahkan hasil pemikirannya kepada khalayak manusia yang semestinya mempunyai daya fikiran dan intelek untuk menilai sebarang hujah. Ini termasuk masyarakat Islam.   Maka menghormati agama Islam dan menghormati orang Islam maksudnya mempunyai keyakinan bahawa orang Islam cukup matang dan dewasa untuk menangani isu-isu agama dengan menggunakan kaedah moden.

Tetapi malangnya masih terdapat golongan "Islamophobic" yang berpendapat bahawa orang Islam adalah "barbarians". Golongan lain pula lebih mesra tetapi masih memandang rendah terhadap orang Islam sebagai  "penghuni hutan" yang sudah belajar memakai seluar dan baju.  Bagi kedua golongan ini orang Islam adalah serupa dengan haiwan dalam zoo - samada singa buas dalam sangkar besi yang patut dipandang dari jauh atau anak singa yang boleh disentuh kepalanya.

Pandangan saya sendiri ialah kita tidak boleh buktikan samada Nabi Muhammad pernah wujud atau tidak. Saya lebih cenderung kepada ketidak-wujudan Nabi Muhammad tetapi saya tidak dapat tunjukkan bukti yang sepenuhnya.  Kecuali kita menjumpai peninggalan arkeologi yang besar dan sensasi yang boleh buktikan kewujudan Muhammad, soalan kewujudan Muhammad ini tidak boleh terjawab dengan kepastian  seratus peratus.

Muhammad Svend Kalisch

Demikianlah pandangan Professor Muhammad Svend Kalisch. Beliau mempertikaikan kewujudan seorang Nabi yang bernama Muhammd.

Sebenarnya menolak kewujudan ismi ma'rifah atau kata nama khas  "al-muhammad" dalam al-Quran tidak bermaksud bahawa kita menolak kewujudan seorang nabi dan rasul yang telah mengajar al-Quran kepada kita. Jauh sekali. Dari kitab al-Quran kita faham bahawa memang telah wujud seorang rasul dan nabi yang telah membawa al-Quran kepada kita. Beliau adalah seorang Arab sebab bahasa al-Quran adalah Arab.  Tetapi mengikut al-Quran juga, nama rasul itu bukan 'muhammad'

Apakah nama seorang rasul itu penting? Sila lihat ayat berikut (4:163-166)

[4:163]  Sungguhnya Kami telah memberikan wahyu kepadamu, sebagaimana Kami telah memberikan wahyu kepada Nuh, dan Nabi-nabi yang diutus kemudian daripadanya; dan Kami juga telah memberikan wahyu kepada Ibrahim, dan Ismail, dan Ishak, dan Yaakub, serta keturunannya, dan Isa, dan Ayub, dan Yunus, dan Harun, dan Sulaiman; dan juga Kami telah memberikan kepada Daud: Kitab Zabur.

[4:164]  Dan beberapa orang Rasul yang telah Kami ceritakan kepadamu dahulu sebelum ini, dan Rasul-rasul yang tidak Kami ceritakan hal mereka kepadamu. Dan Allah telah berkata-kata kepada  Musa dengan kata-kata.

[4:165]  Rasul-rasul pembawa khabar gembira dan pembawa amaran  supaya tidak ada bagi manusia sesuatu hujah terhadap Allah sesudah mengutuskan Rasul-rasul itu. Dan Allah Maha Kuasa, lagi Maha Bijaksana.

[4:166] Allah sentiasa menjadi saksi akan kebenaran Al-Quran yang telah diturunkanNya kepadamu. Allah menurunkannya dengan ilmuNya, dan malaikat juga turut menjadi saksi. Dan cukuplah Allah menjadi saksi

Al-Quran senaraikan ramai Rasul yang diutuskan kepada manusia. Noh, Ibrahim, Ismail, Yaakob, Isa adalah sebahagian daripada para rasul. Tetapi dalam ayat 4:164 al-Quran mengatakan bahawa juga pernah ada  "Rasul-rasul yang tidak Kami ceritakan hal mereka kepadamu. "

Maksudnya ada juga para rasul yang kita tidak mengenali hal mereka. Ini bermaksud bahawa nama, identiti dan riwayat hidup para rasul itu tidak penting. Yang lebih penting adalah mesej atau risalah yang mereka telah membawa kepada umat manusia. Perkara ini jelas pada ayat 4:165 dan 4:166.

[4:165]  .. supaya tidak ada bagi manusia sesuatu hujah terhadap Allah sesudah mengutuskan Rasul-rasul itu.

[4:166] Allah sentiasa menjadi saksi akan kebenaran Al-Quran yang telah diturunkanNya kepadamu. ..

Samada nama seseorang rasul itu dikenali atau tidak, mesej atau risalahNya telah disampaikan dengan selamat kepada umat manusia. Dan semua para rasul daripada Ibrahim, Musa sehingga nabi yang terakhir telahpun sampaikan kepada kita mesej yang sama. Sila perhatikan ayat berikut :

87 : 18 – 19  Sesungguhnya ini yang tersebut di dalam Kitab-kitab yang terdahulu, Iaitu Kitab-kitab Ibrahim dan Musa.

Maka semua pengajaran dalam kitab al-Quran adalah sama dengan apa yang telah diwahyukan terlebih dahulu kepada Nabi Ibrahim dan Musa.  Tentu sekali Allah swt yang Wahid tidak boleh wahyukan mesej yang berlainan kepada umat manusia yang sama.  Mesej yang telah disampaikan adalah jauh lebih penting daripada nama atau identiti penyampainya.

٢  أَفَلَا يَتَدَبَّرُونَ ٱلْقُرْءَانَ ۚ وَلَوْ كَانَ مِنْ عِندِ 

غَيْرِ ٱللَّهِ لَوَجَدُوا۟ 

فِيهِ ٱخْتِلَٰفًا كَثِيرًا82  

 4:82 Do they not ponder the Quran? Had it been from any other than God, they would have found in it much discrepancy.

Given that - is a strong statement from Allah about the Quran, about his commandment, we will take that as a concept to examine 

- if there are discrepancies in the ritual salat?

If there are, then we can say it is obviously not sanctioned by the Quran. 

We should also unlock our minds - suspend any notions of ritual salat that was in-build within us given the fact that the salat was our daily ritual for much of our life. 

Back to the Quran, 

Allah creates then guides...

20:50 

٠  قَالَ رَبُّنَا ٱلَّذِىٓ أَعْطَىٰ كُلَّ شَىْءٍ خَلْقَهُۥ ثُمَّ هَدَىٰ50  

He said, "Our Lord is He who gave everything its creation, then guided it."

God gives creation then He guides it...through this book that you may ponder its ayat and those who use intellect will mind

38:29 

٢٩  كِتَٰبٌ أَنزَلْنَٰهُ إِلَيْكَ مُبَٰرَكٌ لِّيَدَّبَّرُوٓا۟ ءَايَٰتِهِۦ وَلِيَتَذَكَّرَ أُو۟لُوا۟ ٱلْأَلْبَٰبِ29   

A blessed Book that We sent down to you, that they may ponder its Verses, and for those with intelligence to take heed.

do they not reflect on Quran or are there locks in their mind?

47:24 

٢٤  أَفَلَا يَتَدَبَّرُونَ ٱلْقُرْءَانَ أَمْ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبٍ أَقْفَالُهَآ24  

Will they not ponder the Quran? Or are there locks upon their hearts?

CREATES then GUIDES - why man do not use the guidance with intellect to discern?

Critical thinking is required here, for example why did He mentioned about the Birds' Salat?

24:41

١  أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُسَبِّحُ لَهُۥ مَن فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَٱلطَّيْرُ صَٰٓفَّٰتٍ ۖ كُلٌّ قَدْ عَلِمَ صَلَاتَهُۥ وَتَسْبِيحَهُۥ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌۢ بِمَا يَفْعَلُونَ41   

Do you not realize that God is glorified by whatever is in the heavens and the earth, and even by the birds in formation? Each knows its salata and its manner of tasbih. God knows well what they do.

 ...Allah is glorified....birds' wings out-spread...each one knows it's salat and tasbih...

Is this salat? Prayer? Bird make salat?

Make Wudu? Face kiblah?

Let's now begin, by examining the Quranic word for prayer?

3:61 

٦١  فَمَنْ حَآجَّكَ فِيهِ مِنۢ بَعْدِ مَا جَآءَكَ مِنَ ٱلْعِلْمِ فَقُلْ تَعَالَوْا۟ نَدْعُ أَبْنَآءَنَا وَأَبْنَآءَكُمْ وَنِسَآءَنَا وَنِسَآءَكُمْ وَأَنفُسَنَا وَأَنفُسَكُمْ ثُمَّ نَبْتَهِلْ فَنَجْعَل لَّعْنَتَ ٱللَّهِ عَلَى ٱلْكَٰذِبِينَ61   

And if anyone disputes with you about him, after the knowledge that has come to you, say, "Come, let us call our children and your children, and our women and your women, and ourselves and yourselves, and let us pray God's curse on the liars."

Nabtahil - let us earnestly pray... Ta Ha La .. - (to curse someone)

2:186 

٦  وَإِذَا سَأَلَكَ عِبَادِى عَنِّى فَإِنِّى قَرِيبٌ ۖ أُجِيبُ دَعْوَةَ ٱلدَّاعِ إِذَا دَعَانِ ۖ فَلْيَسْتَجِيبُوا۟ لِى وَلْيُؤْمِنُوا۟ بِى لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْشُدُونَ186   

And when My servants ask you about Me, I Am near; I answer the call of the caller when he calls on Me. So let them answer Me, and have faith in Me, that they may be rightly guided.

when my servant ask...I answer the prayer - doa -....Da 'Aa - to call, invoke, pray...

Why not use doa for salat? Can one doa for 'pray' for me?

Now let's look at the connection between doa and the Rasul. 

14:44 

٤٤  وَأَنذِرِ ٱلنَّاسَ يَوْمَ يَأْتِيهِمُ ٱلْعَذَابُ فَيَقُولُ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا۟ رَبَّنَآ أَخِّرْنَآ إِلَىٰٓ أَجَلٍ قَرِيبٍ نُّجِبْ دَعْوَتَكَ وَنَتَّبِعِ ٱلرُّسُلَ ۗ أَوَلَمْ تَكُونُوٓا۟ أَقْسَمْتُم مِّن قَبْلُ مَا لَكُم مِّن زَوَالٍ44   

And warn mankind of the Day when the punishment will come upon them, and the wicked will say, "Our Lord, defer us for a little while, and we will answer Your call and follow the messengers." Did you not swear before that there will be no passing away for you?

...we will respond to yr doa/call and taat/follow the messengers...

٤٧  وَلَوْلَآ أَن تُصِيبَهُم مُّصِيبَةٌۢ بِمَا قَدَّمَتْ أَيْدِيهِمْ فَيَقُولُوا۟ رَبَّنَا لَوْلَآ أَرْسَلْتَ إِلَيْنَا رَسُولًا فَنَتَّبِعَ ءَايَٰتِكَ وَنَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ47  Otherwise, if a calamity befell them as a result of what their hands have perpetrated, they would say, "Our Lord, if only You had sent us a messenger, we would have followed Your revelations, and been among the believers."

....why not send us a rasulan/messenger so that we follow Your ayati/messages...

Ultimately - purpose of the Rasul - is us following the messages from Allah that the Rasul conveyed. 

3:144 

١٤٤  وَمَا مُحَمَّدٌ إِلَّا رَسُولٌ قَدْ خَلَتْ مِن قَبْلِهِ ٱلرُّسُلُ ۚ أَفَإِي۟ن مَّاتَ أَوْ قُتِلَ ٱنقَلَبْتُمْ عَلَىٰٓ أَعْقَٰبِكُمْ ۚ وَمَن يَنقَلِبْ عَلَىٰ عَقِبَيْهِ فَلَن يَضُرَّ ٱللَّهَ شَيْـًٔا ۗ وَسَيَجْزِى ٱللَّهُ ٱلشَّٰكِرِينَ144   

Muhammad is no more than a messenger. Messengers have passed on before him. If he dies or gets killed, will you turn on your heels? He who turns on his heels will not harm God in any way. And God will reward the appreciative.

muhamadun is but a messenger...if he dies or slain will u turn back?...

he is only a messenger...he delivered the messages - when you have his messages - now u don't need the messenger..? 

Right? His duty of delivery is done, the Quran/guidance is in our hands....

2:186 Allah hears yr doa, he responds...

21:45

٤٥  قُلْ إِنَّمَآ أُنذِرُكُم بِٱلْوَحْىِ ۚ وَلَا يَسْمَعُ ٱلصُّمُّ ٱلدُّعَآءَ إِذَا مَا يُنذَرُونَ45   

Say, "I am warning you through inspiration." But the deaf cannot hear the call when they are being warned.

 ...I warn you by wahyee, but the deaf will not hear the doa (call)...when they are warn.

So now we know 'doa' is inviting - not praying..

16:125 

١٢٥  ٱدْعُ إِلَىٰ سَبِيلِ رَبِّكَ بِٱلْحِكْمَةِ وَٱلْمَوْعِظَةِ ٱلْحَسَنَةِ ۖ وَجَٰدِلْهُم بِٱلَّتِى هِىَ أَحْسَنُ ۚ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِمَن ضَلَّ عَن سَبِيلِهِۦ ۖ وَهُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِٱلْمُهْتَدِينَ125  

Invite to the way of your Lord with wisdom and good advice, and debate with them in the most dignified manner. Your Lord is aware of those who stray from His path, and He is aware of those who are guided.

ud'u - invite, call to the way of yr sustainer...

We now have one word left - Sa La - to turn towards something.

SaLa - is something commanded from Allah. He commands us to keep up salah. 

6:162-164 

١٦٢  قُلْ إِنَّ صَلَاتِى وَنُسُكِى وَمَحْيَاىَ وَمَمَاتِى لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ162  

Say, "My sola and my sacrifice, and my life and my death, are devoted to God, the Lord of the Worlds.

١٦٣  لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُۥ ۖ وَبِذَٰلِكَ أُمِرْتُ وَأَنَا۠ أَوَّلُ ٱلْمُسْلِمِينَ163   

No associate has He. Thus I am commanded, and I am the first of those who submit.

So it's a command. 

20:132

١٣٢  وَأْمُرْ أَهْلَكَ بِٱلصَّلَوٰةِ وَٱصْطَبِرْ عَلَيْهَا ۖ لَا نَسْـَٔلُكَ رِزْقًا ۖ نَّحْنُ نَرْزُقُكَ ۗ وَٱلْعَٰقِبَةُ لِلتَّقْوَىٰ132  

And exhort your people to solati, and patiently adhere to it. We ask of you no sustenance, but it is We who sustain you. The good ending is that for righteousness.

command yr family to SaLa...be steadfast in its maintenance...

we do not ask of you any provision - we provide for you - the outcome is takwa (godwariness ?)

Back to where we started...

4:82 if this kitab not from God, you'll find discrepancy in it...

our task is to find one discrepancy in ritual prayer to conclude that it is not a command from God..?

Begin ritual by AllahuAkbar... big large, kabir...akbar - bigger - comparable to something else... (AlAkbar - biggest)

Allah use alKabiri

40:12 ...because when Allah alone is invoked, you would kafartum, but if partners were ascribe to him you would tukminu...judgement is to Allah the AllExalted, alKabiri, AllGreatest. 

Never refers to Himself as AlAkbar...

12:40 you serve not besides Him but names that you and yr fathers have given, for which Allah sents no sultani.....He has commanded you to serve none except Him - that is the upright deen - but most people do not know. 

7:180 to Allah belong the best names, so call (fad 'u) him by them. And abandon those who violate His names...

Akbar is bigger...bigger than who?

Begin salat by AllahuAkbar is not sanctioned by Quran....

Another proof - Ritual prayer is not Quranic is because you are reciting this quranic ayats to Allah...when He does not sanction that..!! God does not need guidance. 

17:106 we have sent the Quran in parts - so that you may read it to the PEOPLE a little at a time...

So Allah does not say that the Quran should be recited to Him, but to be recited to the people - (for guidance)

84:21 ...when it's recited upon them the Quran, do not sujud? / approve of?

84:22 but those kafaru yukazzibuna / they deny

When you hear the Quran, you have to approve of it, or submit to its commandments & concepts...

So you don't read the Quran to Allah, for obvious reasons..!!

17:107 ...aminu by it or do not tukminu...indeed those given with ilma from before it, when it's recited upon them, they nodded down their faces in approval. 

Are you also suggesting that Allah too nodded down face in approval upon hearing Quran? 

So Quran is meant to be recited for people to attain its concerns and messages. 

Let's look at the appropriateness of saying to Allah in ritual salat...

108:1 to 3 indeed we have granted you alKawthar. So solli to your sustainer and sacrifice. Indeed your enemy, he the one severed. 

How can we give Allah, alKawthar..??

So the Quran cannot be recited to Allah, so that makes the Quranic recitation in ritual salat invalid. 

The Fatehah...a request for divine guidance...this plea is by monotheists who ask for further guidance...

Do you think the prophet asked for divine guidance 5 times daily..?

6:161 ...indeed me, I've been guided by my lord to a straight path - deen up righted, the way of Abrahim the hanifa. 

Some could ask the prophet...why are you asking Allah for guidance, when just now the Quran you bring tells us you have already been guided by Him..?

Why would the prophet ask for guidance again and again, when Allah has said you are guided..?? Did he not trust the Quran?

It's insanity - You obviously don't do the same thing over and over again, expecting a different result?

5:15 oo people of the book, there has come to you our Rasul, clarifying for you much of what you have concealed from the book, and overlook much...there has come to you from Allah a Light, and a Clear Book. 

5:16 Guides Allah by it those who follow his Redwan, the ways of Peace, and brings them from darkness to Light by his Izin, and guides them to the straight path.

So you are guided with this Book...why are you asking for guidance over and over again? Why? Don't you trust / iman with this book? This book doesn't tell you how to do ritual salat...so you don't trust?

3:7 It is He who has sent down to you, the Book; in it are verses precise - they are the foundation of the Book - and others unspecific. 

As for those in whose hearts is deviation, they will follow that of it which is unspecific, seeking discord and seeking an interpretation.

And no one knows its interpretation except Allah . But those firm in knowledge say, "We believe in it. All is from our Lord." And no one will be reminded except those of understanding.

3:8 Our Lord, let not our hearts deviate after You have guided us and grant us from Yourself mercy. Indeed, You are the Bestower.

We do not want to get lost after His guidance. 

9:115

And Allah would not let a people stray after He has guided them until He makes clear to them what they should avoid. Indeed, Allah is Knowing of all things.

You don't have to worry - Allah will not lead you astray after He has guided you. That's Allahs commitment..!!

Therefore reciting the Fatehah over and over again for guidance when we have the guidance is REDUNDANT - when Allah promises you guidance by the Quran, and He won't let you go astray after you follow the guidance. 

Request for guidance is for the monotheist...example of David

38: 22 When they entered upon David and he was alarmed by them? They said, "Fear not. [We are] two adversaries, one of whom has wronged the other, so judge between us with truth and do not exceed [it] and guide us to the sound path.

Another point this ritual is invalid is the silent solat of Zohor & Asar...it's pointless to silently recite the Quran, when the Quran must be heard by people for it to be a guidance to anyone. 

17:110 Say, "Call Him God, or call Him the Most Merciful. Whichever name you use, to Him belong the Best Names." And be neither loud in your solah, nor silent in it, but follow a course in between.

Doing Zohor & Asar is totally in violation of this...

But what does Allah wants us to say..?

17:111 And say, "Praise be to God, who has not begotten a son, nor has He a partner in sovereignty, nor has He an ally out of weakness, and glorify Him magnificently. 

And as a standard instruction...

When God is speaking...

7:204 When the Quran is recited, listen to it, and pay attention, so that you may experience mercy. 

....so you stop talking and listen. 

4:43 O you who amanu, Do not approach the solah while you are drunk, so that you know what you say; nor after sexual orgasm-unless you are travelling-until you have bathed. If you are sick, or traveling, or one of you comes from the toilet, or you have had intercourse with women, and cannot find water, find clean sand and wipe your faces and your hands with it. God is Pardoning and Forgiving.

We are trying to see what is NOT of the solah....

We are investigating until we find the reason that ritual solah does not uphold the Quranic concept. 

29:45 recite what is revealed to you of the scripture, and perform the solah. Surely solah prevents indecencies and evils. And the remembrance of God is greater. And God knows what you do.

Remembering Allah is greater because you can only do solah when you remember Allah...right?

We are saying if you do the Quranic solah, as in following the dictates of Quran - it's impossible for you to do those indecencies....

Whereas if you do ritual prayers it is not impossible for you to commit indecencies later...!

Where else do we get this fahsha i wal mungkar...?

24:21 o you who amanu, do not follow Shytani's footsteps. Whoever follows Shytani's footsteps - he advocates obscenity and immorality. Where it not for God's grace towards you, and his mercy, not one of you would have been zakah/pure, ever. But God purifies whomever He wills. God is All-Hearing, All-Knowing.

Shytan makes you possible to do fahsha & mungkar. 

But If you do Quranic solah, Allah commits Himself that you will not be able to do fahsha & mungkar. 

17:32 And do not come near adultery. It is fahishatan/immoral, and a saa'a/evil way.

Don't go near fahishatan, the way there is evil...

Ritual solah does not issue commands...whereas the Quranic order people to do things...

11:84 ...."O my people, worship God; you have no god other than Him. And do not short measure or short weight. I see you in good circumstances...

11:85  "O my people! Give full measure and full weight, in all fairness, and do not cheat the people out of their rights, and do not spread corruption in the land.

11:86 What is left by God is best for you, if you are believers. And I am not a guardian over you."

11:87  They said, "O Shuaib, does your solah command you that we abandon what our ancestors worshiped, or doing with our wealth what we want? You are the one who is intelligent and wise."

See here the Quranic solah is a set of commands to :-

1- serve Allah only, no other

2- do not short change in dealings

3- give full measure to what's due

4- to be fair 

5- do not cheat people of their rights 

6- do not spread mufsiden/corruption on earth

7- a reminder that whatever is left by Allah for you is good, if you trust Him. 

8- a reminder again that the Nabi is NOT our guardian. 

So the ritual solah does not commands you to do anything. Whereas the Quranic solah commands us to do justice and promote doing reforms which will lead to abolishing fahsha & mungkar. 

Heard anybody said to you, bro can you make solah for me..?

9:99

٩٩  وَمِنَ ٱلْأَعْرَابِ مَن يُؤْمِنُ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلْءَاخِرِ وَيَتَّخِذُ مَا يُنفِقُ قُرُبَٰتٍ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ وَصَلَوَٰتِ ٱلرَّسُولِ ۚ أَلَآ إِنَّهَا قُرْبَةٌ لَّهُمْ ۚ سَيُدْخِلُهُمُ ٱللَّهُ فِى رَحْمَتِهِۦٓ ۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ99  

Yet among the Arabs are those who yukminu in God and the Last Day, and consider their contribution to be a means of drawing close to God, and the solawati of the Messenger. Surely it will draw them closer, and God will admit them into His mercy. God is Forgiving and Compassionate.

9:100, 101, 102

9:103

١٠٣  خُذْ مِنْ أَمْوَٰلِهِمْ صَدَقَةً تُطَهِّرُهُمْ وَتُزَكِّيهِم بِهَا وَصَلِّ عَلَيْهِمْ ۖ إِنَّ صَلَوٰتَكَ سَكَنٌ لَّهُمْ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ103  

Receive contributions from their wealth, to purify them and sanctify them with it; and solli for them. Your solawata is comfort for them. God is Hearing and Knowing.

So it's like 'make solah for me?'...

It's solah of Rasul for the Arabs. 

So it's definitely not the ritual solah the prophet is doing for the Arabs. 

6:161

١٦١  قُلْ إِنَّنِى هَدَىٰنِى رَبِّىٓ إِلَىٰ صِرَٰطٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ دِينًا قِيَمًا مِّلَّةَ إِبْرَٰهِيمَ حَنِيفًا ۚ وَمَا كَانَ مِنَ ٱلْمُشْرِكِينَ161  

Say, "My Lord has guided me to a straight path, an upright religion, the creed of Abraham the Monotheist, who was not a polytheist."

6:162

١٦٢  قُلْ إِنَّ صَلَاتِى وَنُسُكِى وَمَحْيَاىَ وَمَمَاتِى لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ162  

Say, "My solah and my worship, and my life and my death, are devoted to God, the Lord of the Worlds.

6:163

١٦٣  لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُۥ ۖ وَبِذَٰلِكَ أُمِرْتُ وَأَنَا۠ أَوَّلُ ٱلْمُسْلِمِينَ

163  No associate has He. Thus I am commanded, and I am the first of those who submit.

So solah is for Allah only...but why solah of Rasul is a way of getting closer to Allah of the Arabs..?

It's because solah is not ritual prayers. 

It is commitment to obey the commands in the Quran. The Rasul is committed in delivering the guidance to the Arabs, that's why they can draw closer to Allah. 

That's why the Arabs were happy, comfortable by the Rasul's solah/commitment, because the Rasul was in their company...

But not for us, the Rasul is not among us now, but the guidance/Quran is with us...

And the one place where we might find ritual solah in the Quran - it's being condemned..!

8:35 

٣٥  وَمَا كَانَ صَلَاتُهُمْ عِندَ ٱلْبَيْتِ إِلَّا مُكَآءً وَتَصْدِيَةً ۚ فَذُوقُوا۟ ٱلْعَذَابَ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَكْفُرُونَ35  

Their solah at the House was nothing but whistling and clapping-so taste the punishment for your blasphemy.

If all the points above is right, then the ritual solah is not Quranic. We started by declaring 

4:82

٢  أَفَلَا يَتَدَبَّرُونَ ٱلْقُرْءَانَ ۚ وَلَوْ كَانَ مِنْ عِندِ غَيْرِ ٱللَّهِ لَوَجَدُوا۟ فِيهِ ٱخْتِلَٰفًا كَثِيرًا82  

Do they not ponder the Quran? Had it been from any other than God, they would have found in it much discrepancy.

...and there are many discrepancies in the ritual solah - against the Quranic consistency. 

If we suspends our old beliefs & notions, we find that we are not getting the ritual solah from the Quran. 

One definition of salah - 

is to turn towards something

to commit to something 

to connect to something

to assign a duty to be carried out

17:44

  تُسَبِّحُ لَهُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتُ ٱلسَّبْعُ وَٱلْأَرْضُ وَمَن فِيهِنَّ ۚ وَإِن مِّن شَىْءٍ إِلَّا يُسَبِّحُ بِحَمْدِهِۦ وَلَٰكِن لَّا تَفْقَهُونَ تَسْبِيحَهُمْ ۗ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ حَلِيمًا غَفُورًا44 Praising Him are the seven heavens, and the earth, and everyone in them. There is not a thing that does not tasbih/glorify Him with praise, but you do not understand their praises. He is indeed Forbearing and Forgiving.

24:1

١  سُورَةٌ أَنزَلْنَٰهَا وَفَرَضْنَٰهَا وَأَنزَلْنَا فِيهَآ ءَايَٰتٍۭ بَيِّنَٰتٍ لَّعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُونَ1  

A chapter that We have revealed, and made obligatory, and revealed in it clear Verses, that you may take heed.

The key word here is Allah declaring this chapter as Fardhu/obligatory 

And here Allah asks, don't you see..?

He asks us to use our intellect to ponder...it means you should have seen all this...

24:41

٤١  أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُسَبِّحُ لَهُۥ مَن فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَٱلطَّيْرُ صَٰٓفَّٰتٍ ۖ كُلٌّ قَدْ عَلِمَ صَلَاتَهُۥ وَتَسْبِيحَهُۥ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌۢ بِمَا يَفْعَلُونَ41  

Do you not realize that God is glorified by whatever is in the heavens and the earth, and even by the birds in formation? Each knows its solah and its manner of praise. God knows well what they do.

Don't you see that...?

That everything does their own tasbih, and Allah knows their tasbih/doing. 

It means tasbih is not SAYING, it is YAF'ALUN/DOING/ACTIONS

everything in the heavens and earth are carrying out (tasbih) assignments assigned to each by Allah, and they know their commitments (solah) in fulfilling those commands and Allah knows well all their actions

everyone knows its function and its role in doing the tasks

Now let's look at the purpose of mans creation..?

51:56

 وَمَا خَلَقْتُ ٱلْجِنَّ وَٱلْإِنسَ إِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُونِ56  

I did not create the jinn and the humans except to serve for Me.

Liyakbudu - is not worship. Do you think Allah wants us to sit alone do nothing except say things over and over again and just worship Him?

Yakbudu is to serve Him in action, just as tasbih is action, solah is commitment to do good actions and refraining from bad. 

1:5

٥  إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ5  

It is You alone we serve, and upon You alone we call for help.

4:36

٣٦  وَٱعْبُدُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَلَا تُشْرِكُوا۟ بِهِۦ شَيْـًٔا ۖ وَبِٱلْوَٰلِدَيْنِ إِحْسَٰنًا وَبِذِى ٱلْقُرْبَىٰ وَٱلْيَتَٰمَىٰ وَٱلْمَسَٰكِينِ وَٱلْجَارِ ذِى ٱلْقُرْبَىٰ وَٱلْجَارِ ٱلْجُنُبِ وَٱلصَّاحِبِ بِٱلْجَنۢبِ وَٱبْنِ ٱلسَّبِيلِ وَمَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَٰنُكُمْ ۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ مَن كَانَ مُخْتَالًا فَخُورًا36  

Serve God, and ascribe no partners to Him, and be good to the parents, and the relatives, and the orphans, and the poor, and the neighbor next door, and the distant neighbor, and the close associate, and the traveler, and your servants. God does not love the arrogant showoff.

People like to associate Allah with something else...when Allah alone is mentioned they turn away...

13:36

٣٦  وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَاتَيْنَٰهُمُ ٱلْكِتَٰبَ يَفْرَحُونَ بِمَآ أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكَ ۖ وَمِنَ ٱلْأَحْزَابِ مَن يُنكِرُ بَعْضَهُۥ ۚ قُلْ إِنَّمَآ أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أَعْبُدَ ٱللَّهَ وَلَآ أُشْرِكَ بِهِۦٓ ۚ إِلَيْهِ أَدْعُوا۟ وَإِلَيْهِ مَـَٔابِ36  Those to whom We gave the Scripture rejoice in what was revealed to you, while some factions reject parts of it. Say, "I am commanded to serve God, and to never associate anything with Him. To Him I invite, and to Him is my return."

The prophet is commanded to serve Allah and not associate Him with anything else....

13:37

٣٧  وَكَذَٰلِكَ أَنزَلْنَٰهُ حُكْمًا عَرَبِيًّا ۚ وَلَئِنِ ٱتَّبَعْتَ أَهْوَآءَهُم بَعْدَمَا جَآءَكَ مِنَ ٱلْعِلْمِ مَا لَكَ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ مِن وَلِىٍّ وَلَا وَاقٍ

Thus We revealed it an Arabic code of law. Were you to follow their desires, after the knowledge that has come to you, you would have neither ally nor defender against God.

Solah from Quran...and the Quran is..

75:16

١٦  لَا تُحَرِّكْ بِهِۦ لِسَانَكَ لِتَعْجَلَ بِهِۦٓ16  Do not wag your tongue with it, to hurry on with it.

١٧  إِنَّ عَلَيْنَا جَمْعَهُۥ وَقُرْءَانَهُۥ17  Upon Us is its collection and its recitation.

١٨  فَإِذَا قَرَأْنَٰهُ فَٱتَّبِعْ قُرْءَانَهُۥ18  Then, when We have recited it, follow its recitation.

١٩  ثُمَّ إِنَّ عَلَيْنَا بَيَانَهُۥ19  Then upon Us is its explanation.

Upon Allah is its arrangement...so we find the first mention of solah is in...

2:3

ٱلَّذِينَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱلْغَيْبِ وَيُقِيمُونَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَمِمَّا رَزَقْنَٰهُمْ يُنفِقُونَ3  

Those who believe in the unseen, and perform the solah, and give from what We have provided for them.

While those who do solah are muttaken - those who do their duty/commitment...as in

2:2

٢  ذَٰلِكَ ٱلْكِتَٰبُ لَا رَيْبَ ۛ فِيهِ ۛ هُدًى لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ2  

This is the Book in which there is no doubt, a guide for the dutiful.

The next solah is...Allah addressing the Children of Israel...

2:42

٤٢  وَلَا تَلْبِسُوا۟ ٱلْحَقَّ بِٱلْبَٰطِلِ وَتَكْتُمُوا۟ ٱلْحَقَّ وَأَنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ42  

And do not mix truth with falsehood, and do not conceal the truth while you know.

2:43

٤٣  وَأَقِيمُوا۟ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَءَاتُوا۟ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ وَٱرْكَعُوا۟ مَعَ ٱلرَّٰكِعِينَ43  

And attend to your solah, and practice regular charity, and ruku with those who ruku. 

Is our ritual prayers same as the Jews? Do they do the 5 daily rituals and go to Mecca?

Did Moses go to Mecca and did Haj?

Any record of history that Moses or Jesus in Mecca doing Haj?

So the Jews were commanded to aqimus solah wa atus zakah. 

Next solah mentioned...

2:109...the people of the book wish that after iman you turn kuffar out of their envy...

2:110

١١٠  وَأَقِيمُوا۟ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَءَاتُوا۟ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ ۚ وَمَا تُقَدِّمُوا۟ لِأَنفُسِكُم مِّنْ خَيْرٍ تَجِدُوهُ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ ۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌ110  

And perform the solah, and give purely. Whatever good you forward for yourselves, you will find it with God. God is Seeing of everything you do.

Identical words of solah and zakah to the Jews and to Us, used by Allah. 

So this solah and zakah - are they the same thing?

Why are stories (Bukhari Vol1 page 211,  Hadith 245) outside of Quran that involves Musa, children of Israel - asking Muhammad to plead with God to reducing the 50 salahs to 5..? while we have here the exact word for word for command to do solah for both people?? Doesn't make sense..!!

No commands for individual solah ni Quran. 

We go back to Moses about the salah. 

10:87

٨٧  وَأَوْحَيْنَآ إِلَىٰ مُوسَىٰ وَأَخِيهِ أَن تَبَوَّءَا لِقَوْمِكُمَا بِمِصْرَ بُيُوتًا وَٱجْعَلُوا۟ بُيُوتَكُمْ قِبْلَةً وَأَقِيمُوا۟ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ ۗ وَبَشِّرِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ87  

And We inspired Moses and his brother, "Settle your people in Egypt, and make your homes places of kiblah, and perform the salah, and give good news to the believers."

20:14

١٤  إِنَّنِىٓ أَنَا ٱللَّهُ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّآ أَنَا۠ فَٱعْبُدْنِى وَأَقِمِ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ لِذِكْرِىٓ14  

I - I am God. There is no God but I. So serve Me, and practice the salah for My remembrance.

Note that the aqimu - they are all plural - while aqimi is singular, denotes only applicable to the messenger. His solah is at specific times such as when he delivers the message to his people, at his convenience of course. 

Whereas the solah of the people are at all times, plural, in order to be able to nahi mungkar, you have to continually aqimus solah...

Note - while there are no details of rituals in the Quran - while all the time God proclaims that the Quran is fully detailed explained clear & contained everything for mans salvation to God. 

We have negated the ritual solah based on the Quran, we have compared the actual solah need to be identical to Moses, and we have noted that solah has to be continually done in order to be able to avoid evil. 

In order to know what is the concept of solah of the Quran - is to know who are the mussolleen..? 

Who are the doers of solah and see their description. 

70:18-35

١٨  وَجَمَعَ فَأَوْعَىٰٓ18  

And accumulated and hoarded.

١٩  إِنَّ ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ خُلِقَ هَلُوعًا19  

Man was created restless.

٢٠  إِذَا مَسَّهُ ٱلشَّرُّ جَزُوعًا20  

Touched by adversity, he is fretful.

٢١  وَإِذَا مَسَّهُ ٱلْخَيْرُ مَنُوعًا21  

Touched by good, he is ungenerous.

٢٢  إِلَّا ٱلْمُصَلِّينَ22  

Except the musallen. 

٢٣  ٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ عَلَىٰ صَلَاتِهِمْ دَآئِمُونَ23  

Those who are constant at their solahs. 

٢٤  وَٱلَّذِينَ فِىٓ أَمْوَٰلِهِمْ حَقٌّ مَّعْلُومٌ24  

And those in whose wealth is a rightful share.

٢٥  لِّلسَّآئِلِ وَٱلْمَحْرُومِ25  

For the beggar and the deprived.

٢٦  وَٱلَّذِينَ يُصَدِّقُونَ بِيَوْمِ ٱلدِّينِ26  

And those who affirm the Day of Judgment.

٢٧  وَٱلَّذِينَ هُم مِّنْ عَذَابِ رَبِّهِم مُّشْفِقُونَ27  

And those who fear the punishment of their Lord.

٢٨  إِنَّ عَذَابَ رَبِّهِمْ غَيْرُ مَأْمُونٍ28  

Their Lord's punishment is not to be taken for granted.

٢٩  وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَٰفِظُونَ29  

And those who guard their chastity.

٣٠  إِلَّا عَلَىٰٓ أَزْوَٰجِهِمْ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَٰنُهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ غَيْرُ مَلُومِينَ30  

Except from their spouses or those living under their control, for then they are free of blame.

٣١  فَمَنِ ٱبْتَغَىٰ وَرَآءَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْعَادُونَ31  

But whoever seeks to go beyond that-these are the transgressors.

٣٢  وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ لِأَمَٰنَٰتِهِمْ وَعَهْدِهِمْ رَٰعُونَ32  

And those who honor their trusts and their pledges.

٣٣  وَٱلَّذِينَ هُم بِشَهَٰدَٰتِهِمْ قَآئِمُونَ33  

And those who stand by their testimonies.

٣٤  وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ عَلَىٰ صَلَاتِهِمْ يُحَافِظُونَ34  

And those who are dedicated to their solahs. 

٣٥  أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ فِى جَنَّٰتٍ مُّكْرَمُونَ35  

These will be honored in Gardens.

That's the Solah of Mankind. It's their conduct. Not much different from the mukminin. 

See how Quran describe the people who trusted the commands of the Quran - the mukminin. 

23:1-11

١  قَدْ أَفْلَحَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ1  

Successful are the trusters. 

٢  ٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ فِى صَلَاتِهِمْ خَٰشِعُونَ2  

Those who are humble in their solahs. 

٣  وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ عَنِ ٱللَّغْوِ مُعْرِضُونَ3  

Those who avoid nonsense.

٤  وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ لِلزَّكَوٰةِ فَٰعِلُونَ4  

Those who work for charity.

٥  وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَٰفِظُونَ5  

Those who safeguard their chastity.

٦  إِلَّا عَلَىٰٓ أَزْوَٰجِهِمْ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَٰنُهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ غَيْرُ مَلُومِينَ6  

Except from their spouses, or their dependents-for then they are free from blame.

٧  فَمَنِ ٱبْتَغَىٰ وَرَآءَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْعَادُونَ7  

But whoever seeks anything beyond that-these are the transgressors.

٨  وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ لِأَمَٰنَٰتِهِمْ وَعَهْدِهِمْ رَٰعُونَ8  

Those who are faithful to their trusts and pledges.

٩  وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ عَلَىٰ صَلَوَٰتِهِمْ يُحَافِظُونَ9  

Those who safeguard their solahs. 

١٠  أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْوَٰرِثُونَ10  

These are the inheritors.

١١  ٱلَّذِينَ يَرِثُونَ ٱلْفِرْدَوْسَ هُمْ فِيهَا خَٰلِدُونَ11  

Who will inherit Paradise, wherein they will dwell forever.

Pretty much the same as the musallen. 

Solah is keeping yr commitments to God. 

Let's look at Moses again, as he was told about solat before Muhammad. 

19:51,52

٥١  وَٱذْكُرْ فِى ٱلْكِتَٰبِ مُوسَىٰٓ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ مُخْلَصًا وَكَانَ رَسُولًا نَّبِيًّا

And mention in the Scripture Moses. He was dedicated. He was a messenger and a prophet.

٥٢  وَنَٰدَيْنَٰهُ مِن جَانِبِ ٱلطُّورِ ٱلْأَيْمَنِ وَقَرَّبْنَٰهُ نَجِيًّا

52  And We called him from the right side of the Mount, and brought him near in communion.

Moses being brought up in the court of Pharoh had no idea of solat, until he's called up by God... to do his solah. 

20:9-14

٩  وَهَلْ أَتَىٰكَ حَدِيثُ مُوسَىٰٓ9  

Has the story of Moses reached you?

١٠  إِذْ رَءَا نَارًا فَقَالَ لِأَهْلِهِ ٱمْكُثُوٓا۟ إِنِّىٓ ءَانَسْتُ نَارًا لَّعَلِّىٓ ءَاتِيكُم مِّنْهَا بِقَبَسٍ أَوْ أَجِدُ عَلَى ٱلنَّارِ هُدًى10  

When he saw a fire, he said to his family, "Stay; I have noticed a fire; Perhaps I can bring you a torch therefrom, or find some guidance by the fire."

١١  فَلَمَّآ أَتَىٰهَا نُودِىَ يَٰمُوسَىٰٓ11  

Then, when he reached it, he was called, "O Moses.

١٢  إِنِّىٓ أَنَا۠ رَبُّكَ فَٱخْلَعْ نَعْلَيْكَ ۖ إِنَّكَ بِٱلْوَادِ ٱلْمُقَدَّسِ طُوًى12  

I-I am your Lord. Take off your shoes. You are in the sacred valley of Tuwa.

١٣  وَأَنَا ٱخْتَرْتُكَ فَٱسْتَمِعْ لِمَا يُوحَىٰٓ13  

I have chosen you, so listen to what is revealed.

١٤  إِنَّنِىٓ أَنَا ٱللَّهُ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّآ أَنَا۠ فَٱعْبُدْنِى وَأَقِمِ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ لِذِكْرِىٓ14  

I-I am God. There is no God but I. So serve Me, and practice the solah for My remembrance.

What do you mean solah God? Is it the rukuk sujud tahhiyat etc etc? No, no. 

Where was Moses before this encounter? He was with the Midians, with Shuaib. So Moses have already understood what is solah from Shuaib. 

He fully understands solah in 20:14 there. It's about remembrance of Allah, that will lead you to do good things. 

Now about those who lost their solahs, those who neglected their solahs. 

It's basically two concepts from the Quran, it's guidance or misguided. It's either you're guided or astray. 

If you're doing solah and it prevents you from doing fahsha and mungkar, you're probably then following the guidance correctly...?

But if you're still committing fahsha and mungkar it's probably because you're not following the guidance?

So it's a cycle, if you turn to guidance it prevents you from fahsha & mungkar while if you turn away you'll be committing them....a quagmire. 

19:54-60

٥٤  وَٱذْكُرْ فِى ٱلْكِتَٰبِ إِسْمَٰعِيلَ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ صَادِقَ ٱلْوَعْدِ وَكَانَ رَسُولًا نَّبِيًّا54  

And mention in the Scripture Ishmael. He was true to his promise, and was a messenger, a prophet.

٥٥  وَكَانَ يَأْمُرُ أَهْلَهُۥ بِٱلصَّلَوٰةِ وَٱلزَّكَوٰةِ وَكَانَ عِندَ رَبِّهِۦ مَرْضِيًّا55  

And he used to enjoin on his people solah and charity, and he was pleasing to his Lord.

٥٦  وَٱذْكُرْ فِى ٱلْكِتَٰبِ إِدْرِيسَ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ صِدِّيقًا نَّبِيًّا56  

And mention in the Scripture Enoch. He was a man of truth, a prophet.

٥٧  وَرَفَعْنَٰهُ مَكَانًا عَلِيًّا57  

And We raised him to a high position.

٥٨  أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَنْعَمَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِم مِّنَ ٱلنَّبِيِّۦنَ مِن ذُرِّيَّةِ ءَادَمَ وَمِمَّنْ حَمَلْنَا مَعَ نُوحٍ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّةِ إِبْرَٰهِيمَ وَإِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ وَمِمَّنْ هَدَيْنَا وَٱجْتَبَيْنَآ ۚ إِذَا تُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْهِمْ ءَايَٰتُ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ خَرُّوا۟ سُجَّدًا وَبُكِيًّا ۩58  

These are some of the prophets God has blessed, from the descendants of Adam, and from those We carried with Noah, and from the descendants of Abraham and Israel, and from those We guided and selected. Whenever the revelations of the Most Gracious are recited to them, they would fall down, submitting and weeping.

٥٩  فَخَلَفَ مِنۢ بَعْدِهِمْ خَلْفٌ أَضَاعُوا۟ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَٱتَّبَعُوا۟ ٱلشَّهَوَٰتِ ۖ فَسَوْفَ يَلْقَوْنَ غَيًّا59  But they were succeeded by generations who lost the solahs and followed their syahawati/lust. They will meet perdition.

All the people of prophets & messengers mentioned as following guidance, then after that the followed their lust and turn away from guidance, not doing their solahs - they are destined for perdition...

Except...

19:60

إِلَّا مَن تَابَ وَءَامَنَ وَعَمِلَ صَٰلِحًا فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ يَدْخُلُونَ ٱلْجَنَّةَ وَلَا يُظْلَمُونَ شَيْـًٔا60  

Except for those who repent, and believe, and act righteously. These will enter Paradise, and will not be wronged in the least.

It's about generations after the messengers who neglected their solahs and turn to their syahawati instead of following the guidance....

Who are the generations after Ibrahim Ismail Moses Jesus...?

25:30

٠  وَقَالَ ٱلرَّسُولُ يَٰرَبِّ إِنَّ قَوْمِى ٱتَّخَذُوا۟ هَٰذَا ٱلْقُرْءَانَ مَهْجُورًا30  

And the Messenger will say, "My Lord, surely my people have abandoned this Quran."

mahjura...they fled/hijra from this Quran. They turn away from guidance. They are not doing their solah anymore.

The solah is the one that prevents fahsha & mungkar, by leaving solah they have lost the tool.

16:89

وَيَوْمَ نَبْعَثُ فِى كُلِّ أُمَّةٍ شَهِيدًا عَلَيْهِم مِّنْ أَنفُسِهِمْ ۖ وَجِئْنَا بِكَ شَهِيدًا عَلَىٰ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ ۚ وَنَزَّلْنَا عَلَيْكَ ٱلْكِتَٰبَ تِبْيَٰنًا لِّكُلِّ شَىْءٍ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةً وَبُشْرَىٰ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ89  

On the Day when We raise in every community a witness against them, from among them, and bring you as a witness against these. We have revealed to you the Book, as an explanation of all things, and guidance, and mercy and good news for those who submit.

16:90

٩٠  إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَأْمُرُ بِٱلْعَدْلِ وَٱلْإِحْسَٰنِ وَإِيتَآئِ ذِى ٱلْقُرْبَىٰ وَيَنْهَىٰ عَنِ ٱلْفَحْشَآءِ وَٱلْمُنكَرِ وَٱلْبَغْىِ ۚ يَعِظُكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُونَ90  God commands justice, and goodness, and generosity towards relatives. And He forbids immorality, and injustice, and oppression. He advises you, so that you may take heed

So God forbids you the fahsha & mungkar...and the solah also prevents you from fahsha & mungkar...it's the same thing

So people have hijra away from the Quran. Where do they go to?

23:66

قَدْ كَانَتْ ءَايَٰتِى تُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ فَكُنتُمْ عَلَىٰٓ أَعْقَٰبِكُمْ تَنكِصُونَ66  

My Verses were recited to you, but you turned back on your heels.

٦٧  مُسْتَكْبِرِينَ بِهِۦ سَٰمِرًا تَهْجُرُونَ67  

Arrogant towards it-talked nonsense about it-disregarded it.

٦٨  أَفَلَمْ يَدَّبَّرُوا۟ ٱلْقَوْلَ أَمْ جَآءَهُم مَّا لَمْ يَأْتِ ءَابَآءَهُمُ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ68  

Have they not pondered the Word? Or has there come to them what came not to their forefathers of old?

Instead of heeding the Quran, they tahjurun it - you're outside the Quran talking nonsense about it.

See - mahjura & tahjurun - same hijra away, out from Quran. 

What is this nonsense?

Example, the Quran is not detail in how to do the solah. When Quran claims it's already fully detailed. 

Example, you insist on wanting to do shahadah when Allah says He is sufficient as witness. 

Example, the Quran says those who do fornication give them 100 lashes, while outside Quran ask to stone them to death. 

Example, the Quran projects no compulsion in deen, while outside Quran the apostates are to be killed. 

....and many more tahjurun...

23:69

٦٩  أَمْ لَمْ يَعْرِفُوا۟ رَسُولَهُمْ فَهُمْ لَهُۥ مُنكِرُونَ69  

Or is it that they did not recognize their messenger, so they are denying him?

٧٠  أَمْ يَقُولُونَ بِهِۦ جِنَّةٌۢ ۚ بَلْ جَآءَهُم بِٱلْحَقِّ وَأَكْثَرُهُمْ لِلْحَقِّ كَٰرِهُونَ

70  Or do they say, "He is possessed?" In fact, he brought them the truth, but most of them hate the truth.

Most of them hate the truth, the Quran alone. 

47:2

٢  وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ وَءَامَنُوا۟ بِمَا نُزِّلَ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَهُوَ ٱلْحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّهِمْ ۙ كَفَّرَ عَنْهُمْ سَيِّـَٔاتِهِمْ وَأَصْلَحَ بَالَهُمْ2  

While those who amanu, and work righteousness, and believe in what was sent down to Muhammad-and it is the truth from their Lord-He remits their sins, and relieves their concerns.

٣  ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ ٱتَّبَعُوا۟ ٱلْبَٰطِلَ وَأَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ ٱتَّبَعُوا۟ ٱلْحَقَّ مِن رَّبِّهِمْ ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ يَضْرِبُ ٱللَّهُ لِلنَّاسِ أَمْثَٰلَهُمْ

3  That is because those who kafara follow falsehoods, while those who believe follow the truth from their Lord. God thus cites for the people their examples.

...sent down to Muhammad is the truth..and they mahjura/fled from the Quran and neglect their solah and follow syahawati/lust and batila/falsehood. 

The world that rejects the Quran has neglected the solah. 

19:60

إِلَّا مَن تَابَ وَءَامَنَ وَعَمِلَ صَٰلِحًا فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ يَدْخُلُونَ ٱلْجَنَّةَ وَلَا يُظْلَمُونَ شَيْـًٔا60  

Except for those who repent, and believe, and act righteously. These will enter Paradise, and will not be wronged in the least.

What will they say when they enter paradise?

7:43

٣  وَنَزَعْنَا مَا فِى صُدُورِهِم مِّنْ غِلٍّ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهِمُ ٱلْأَنْهَٰرُ ۖ وَقَالُوا۟ ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِى هَدَىٰنَا لِهَٰذَا وَمَا كُنَّا لِنَهْتَدِىَ لَوْلَآ أَنْ هَدَىٰنَا ٱللَّهُ ۖ لَقَدْ جَآءَتْ رُسُلُ رَبِّنَا بِٱلْحَقِّ ۖ وَنُودُوٓا۟ أَن تِلْكُمُ ٱلْجَنَّةُ أُورِثْتُمُوهَا بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ43  

We will remove whatever rancor is in their hearts. Rivers will flow beneath them. And they will say, "Praise be to God, who has guided us to this. Had God not guided us, we would never be guided. The messengers of our Lord did come with the truth." And it will be proclaimed to them, "This is the Garden you are made to inherit, on account of what you used to do."

Only Allah had guided us. Allah alone. 

Had Allah not guided us we would never be guided...

If it's Allah and someone, we would be misguided. 

The messengers brought the truth and we follow the messages - not the messenger. 

And you inherit this Garden out of what you DID, not what you believe. 

24:46-51

٤٦  لَّقَدْ أَنزَلْنَآ ءَايَٰتٍ مُّبَيِّنَٰتٍ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ يَهْدِى مَن يَشَآءُ إِلَىٰ صِرَٰطٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ46  

We sent down enlightening/clear revelations, and God guides whomever He wills to a straight path.

٤٧  وَيَقُولُونَ ءَامَنَّا بِٱللَّهِ وَبِٱلرَّسُولِ وَأَطَعْنَا ثُمَّ يَتَوَلَّىٰ فَرِيقٌ مِّنْهُم مِّنۢ بَعْدِ ذَٰلِكَ ۚ وَمَآ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ بِٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ47  

And they say, "We have believed in God and the Messenger, and we obey," but some of them turn away afterwards. These are not believers.

٤٨  وَإِذَا دُعُوٓا۟ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ لِيَحْكُمَ بَيْنَهُمْ إِذَا فَرِيقٌ مِّنْهُم مُّعْرِضُونَ48  

And when they are called to God and His Messenger, in order to judge between them, some of them refuse.

٤٩  وَإِن يَكُن لَّهُمُ ٱلْحَقُّ يَأْتُوٓا۟ إِلَيْهِ مُذْعِنِينَ49  

But if justice is on their side, they accept it willingly.

٥٠  أَفِى قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٌ أَمِ ٱرْتَابُوٓا۟ أَمْ يَخَافُونَ أَن يَحِيفَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِمْ وَرَسُولُهُۥ ۚ بَلْ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَ50  

Is there sickness in their hearts? Or are they suspicious? Or do they fear that God may do them injustice? Or His Messenger? In fact, they themselves are the unjust.

٥١  إِنَّمَا كَانَ قَوْلَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ إِذَا دُعُوٓا۟ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ لِيَحْكُمَ بَيْنَهُمْ أَن يَقُولُوا۟ سَمِعْنَا وَأَطَعْنَا ۚ وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْمُفْلِحُونَ51  

The response of the believers, when they are called to God and His Messenger in order to judge between them, is to say, "We hear and we obey." These are the successful.

Allah alone that guides, not us. 

27:76-81

٧٦  إِنَّ هَٰذَا ٱلْقُرْءَانَ يَقُصُّ عَلَىٰ بَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ أَكْثَرَ ٱلَّذِى هُمْ فِيهِ يَخْتَلِفُونَ76  

This Quran relates to the Children of Israel most of what they differ about.

٧٧  وَإِنَّهُۥ لَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةٌ لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ77  

And it is guidance and mercy for the believers.

٧٨  إِنَّ رَبَّكَ يَقْضِى بَيْنَهُم بِحُكْمِهِۦ ۚ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْعَلِيمُ78  

Your Lord will judge between them by His wisdom. He is the Almighty, the All-Knowing.

٧٩  فَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ ۖ إِنَّكَ عَلَى ٱلْحَقِّ ٱلْمُبِينِ79  

So rely on God. You are upon the clear truth.

٨٠  إِنَّكَ لَا تُسْمِعُ ٱلْمَوْتَىٰ وَلَا تُسْمِعُ ٱلصُّمَّ ٱلدُّعَآءَ إِذَا وَلَّوْا۟ مُدْبِرِينَ80  

You cannot make the dead hear, nor can you make the deaf hear the call if they turn their backs and flee.

٨١  وَمَآ أَنتَ بِهَٰدِى ٱلْعُمْىِ عَن ضَلَٰلَتِهِمْ ۖ إِن تُسْمِعُ إِلَّا مَن يُؤْمِنُ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا فَهُم مُّسْلِمُونَ81  

Nor can you guide the blind out of their straying. You can make no one listen, except those who trust in Our verses; for they are Muslims.

...and Allah makes hearts heedless too...

٢٨  وَٱصْبِرْ نَفْسَكَ مَعَ ٱلَّذِينَ يَدْعُونَ رَبَّهُم بِٱلْغَدَوٰةِ وَٱلْعَشِىِّ يُرِيدُونَ وَجْهَهُۥ ۖ وَلَا تَعْدُ عَيْنَاكَ عَنْهُمْ تُرِيدُ زِينَةَ ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا ۖ وَلَا تُطِعْ مَنْ أَغْفَلْنَا قَلْبَهُۥ عَن ذِكْرِنَا وَٱتَّبَعَ هَوَىٰهُ وَكَانَ أَمْرُهُۥ فُرُطًا28  

18:28 And content yourself with those who call to their Lord morning and evening, desiring His Presence. And do not turn your eyes away from them, desiring the glitter of this world. And do not obey him whose heart We have made heedless of Our remembrance-so he follows his own desires-and his case are confused. 

Those were the solat in Quran. 

To end this, let us also see what are the attributes of the Quran. 

The Quran calls itself the Furqan. It distinguishes. It gives commands. 

44:1-5

1  Ha, Meem.

٢  وَٱلْكِتَٰبِ ٱلْمُبِينِ2  

By the Enlightening Scripture.

٣  إِنَّآ أَنزَلْنَٰهُ فِى لَيْلَةٍ مُّبَٰرَكَةٍ ۚ إِنَّا كُنَّا مُنذِرِينَ3  

We have revealed it on a Blessed Night-We have warned.

٤  فِيهَا يُفْرَقُ كُلُّ أَمْرٍ حَكِيمٍ4  

In it is distinguished every wise command.

٥  أَمْرًا مِّنْ عِندِنَآ ۚ إِنَّا كُنَّا مُرْسِلِينَ

A decree from Us. We have been sending messages.

Is solah one of the command? Sure it is. 

Nothing is neglected. 

6:38

٣٨  وَمَا مِن دَآبَّةٍ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَلَا طَٰٓئِرٍ يَطِيرُ بِجَنَاحَيْهِ إِلَّآ أُمَمٌ أَمْثَالُكُم ۚ مَّا فَرَّطْنَا فِى ٱلْكِتَٰبِ مِن شَىْءٍ ۚ ثُمَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِمْ يُحْشَرُونَ38  

There is no animal on land, nor a bird flying with its wings, but are communities like you. We neglected nothing in the Scripture. Then to their Lord they will be gathered.

12:111

١١١  لَقَدْ كَانَ فِى قَصَصِهِمْ عِبْرَةٌ لِّأُو۟لِى ٱلْأَلْبَٰبِ ۗ مَا كَانَ حَدِيثًا يُفْتَرَىٰ وَلَٰكِن تَصْدِيقَ ٱلَّذِى بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ وَتَفْصِيلَ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةً لِّقَوْمٍ يُؤْمِنُونَ111  In their stories is a lesson for those who possess intelligence. This is not a fabricated tale, but a confirmation of what came before it, and fully detailed of all things, and guidance, and mercy for people who believe.

Explanation of all things

16:89

٨٩  وَيَوْمَ نَبْعَثُ فِى كُلِّ أُمَّةٍ شَهِيدًا عَلَيْهِم مِّنْ أَنفُسِهِمْ ۖ وَجِئْنَا بِكَ شَهِيدًا عَلَىٰ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ ۚ وَنَزَّلْنَا عَلَيْكَ ٱلْكِتَٰبَ تِبْيَٰنًا لِّكُلِّ شَىْءٍ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةً وَبُشْرَىٰ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ89  On the Day when We raise in every community a witness against them, from among them, and bring you as a witness against these. We have revealed to you the Book, as an explanation of all things, and guidance, and mercy and good news for those who submit.

The best tafseer/exposition 

25:33

٣٣  وَلَا يَأْتُونَكَ بِمَثَلٍ إِلَّا جِئْنَٰكَ بِٱلْحَقِّ وَأَحْسَنَ تَفْسِيرًا33  Whatever argument they come to you with, We provide you with the truth, and a better exposition.

Every description made clear. 

Easy for rememberance for all. 

Why is the Quran clear plain complete detailed...?

6:54

٥٤  وَإِذَا جَآءَكَ ٱلَّذِينَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا فَقُلْ سَلَٰمٌ عَلَيْكُمْ ۖ كَتَبَ رَبُّكُمْ عَلَىٰ نَفْسِهِ ٱلرَّحْمَةَ ۖ أَنَّهُۥ مَنْ عَمِلَ مِنكُمْ سُوٓءًۢا بِجَهَٰلَةٍ ثُمَّ تَابَ مِنۢ بَعْدِهِۦ وَأَصْلَحَ فَأَنَّهُۥ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ54  

When those who trusted in Our revelations come to you, say, "Peace be upon you, your Lord has prescribed mercy for Himself. Whoever among you does wrong out of ignorance, and then repents afterwards and reforms-He is Forgiving and Merciful."

6:55

٥٥  وَكَذَٰلِكَ نُفَصِّلُ ٱلْءَايَٰتِ وَلِتَسْتَبِينَ سَبِيلُ ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ55  

Thus We explain the revelations, and expose the path of the guilty/criminals. 

Because Allah had explained the ayati....so that the way of the guilty will be clear. 

So now we can see who is not following the huda/guidance. 

We made this Quran detailed so that the way of the guilty is clear. 

The Quran also has the same attribute as Allah - alAzeem -

69:33

٣٣  إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ لَا يُؤْمِنُ بِٱللَّهِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ33  

For he would not believe in God the Great.

15:87

٨٧  وَلَقَدْ ءَاتَيْنَٰكَ سَبْعًا مِّنَ ٱلْمَثَانِى وَٱلْقُرْءَانَ ٱلْعَظِيمَ87  

We have given you seven of the pairs, and the Grand Quran.

AlAzeem...same attribute as Quran Because it is His Words.
